Groovy Glass has been shipping glassware world wide since 1996, therefore we are very confident in our packaging abilities. Your order will be sent via Australia Post with receipted delivery which means the parcel has to be signed for when it arrives at the destination. If no-one is there, a calling card will be left and it will be kept at your nearest Australia Post office for your collection. Your shiping costs will be calculated at the checkout once your order has been placed, but you can obtain quotes at stages throughout the ordering process if you wish. Very occassionaly due to cart freight restrictions, freight will not calculate correctly or the freight cost may differ. If this is the case for your order you wil be notified immeditely before we proceed.
Although we package or glassware exceptionally well, unfortunately there is the occassional breakage. We of course will replace as highest of priority, but please keep this in mind when ordering, and try not to leave ordering until the last minute. If your goods are delivered damaged, please notify us immediately so we may re-send and we may ask you to return the goods to the post office for insurance purposes. Below is just an estimate/guide of our Freight prices but you charges will be confirmed at the checkout.
