Why would I consider personalised gifts by Groovy Glass?
A personalised gift is always very well received because the item is a one off piece designed and made specifically for the recipient, and not just bought off a shelf. You can design the item with individual personalities in mind, use nicknames and personal messages.

Do prices include GST?
Yes all of the prices you find on our website are GST inclusive unless you are a wholesaler browsing our Generic range of glasses.


What Is Etched Glassware?
Etched glassware is a very labour intensive process which produces a very effective result. It can be done in two ways which is why you will see full glass etching with clear designs and also clear glass with etched designs on our site. Each way has a different process used which is why the prices can vary between the two. Both processes however are very labour intensive and requires skilled and trained sandblasting technicians to produce high quality work. The superior finish is 100% permanent and dishwasher safe and will NEVER come off, unlike painted or printed glassware.


What happens if I change my mind after placing my order?

If you would like to make any changes to your order before production, just email us with your order ID and will gladly accommodate changes.  Should you wish to cancel your order once art proofing and stock has been ordered a charge of 25% of your order value will be deducted from your refund amount. 


Can I obtain a sample of your Clear PVC Boxes or Coloured Boxes?

You can most certainly obtain a sample of most of our boxes. With our Clear PVC Boxes, we only have a few different sizes in stock meaning that sending a sample will not be possible. Samples will be charged at the product price sent flat packed plus a 25% surcharge. Please email us if you were interested in obtaining a sample.


What if you don't have the font or graphic that I'm after?

Please do not hesitate to email us with your concerns as we have hundreds more graphics and fonts on file. If there is a specific graphic that you have on file, as long as it is a jpeg or bitmap file, and fairly high resolution, send it into us and generally we can use it. Please note that there may be an Artwork Fee charged on top of the cost of your order, but we will always discuss this with you before we charge you.

Do I receive a proof of the artwork before my order is made?
Yes. Once you have made your payment, you will receive a proof of artwork which you need to authorize before we go ahead and send your order through to our production department.


How long will my order take?

This will depend on how many glasses have been ordered and if we have them in stock, however most small orders will be despatched within a matter of a few days from approval. If there is a delay while waiting for an out of stock product you will be notified immediately and if your order is of an urgent nature.  During peak times we schedule all orders by due date. If you are from interstate please allow freight from Victoria.  We pride ourselves on short and quick turnarounds.  Please do not hesitate to call us to discuss delivery turnaround.

How will I know when to expect delivery?
You will recieve an email from us on the day your order is despatched, so you will know approximately when to expect delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally,
but as these prices can vary dramatically we must quote each order individually. Please place your order online and choose your country of residence, the cart will calculate your Shipping Cost at $0.00. We will then quote a shipping cost once we have received your order and notify you via Email of this additional price as soon as possible. If you are happy with the quote we will move to the next stage of the order process and if not you may cancel your order at this time. What happens if an item is broken in transit?
Breakages are EXTREMELY rare, but if something was broken, we will replace it immediately as high priority for your peace of mind. Simply email us at sales@groovyglass.com.au  if there is a breakage. Please note that in some cases we will require a photograph or for you to return the broken item to us for insurance purposes, therefore please keep the goods until we have discussed details with you.
