Would like to say a huge huge thank you to Sandra and the staff at Groovy Glass. My urgent last minute order went through smoothly after being proofed and then came 2 days earlier than expected. Sandra was very personable throughout the process with emails. The gift is perfect. Can't wait for the kids to give it to their Soccer Coach at their presentation on Saturday. the guys at Groovy Glass are amazing. I left a fathers day present to the last moment, i sent the inquiry late and night and they sent through the design options first thing in the morning for approval and then called within the hour to process payment so they could send it to production straight away and then got it couriered out the following day so that it reached me in time. I asked for a certain design and they sent me a few options/alterations which was great as I did decide to proceed with one of the options they sent me. the product is great quality & exactly what i was after and the service was just perfect! thanks again!
