We wanted to purchase an engraved beer glass for a colleague who was leaving a job of 10 years. We wanted to support... Australian business and found Groovy Glass on the web. We had quite an intricate design and needed engraving beyond what was offered on the application form and the staff at Groovy Glass was more than accommodating! Incredibly efficient correspondence for checking the engraving art and also the package arrived safe and speedily (we needed it by the following Wednesday when we had submitted the purchase form on a Thursday). the guys at Groovy Glass are amazing. I left a fathers day present to the last moment, i sent the inquiry late and... night and they sent through the design options first thing in the morning for approval and then called within the hour to process payment so they could send it to production straight away and then got it couriered out the following day so that it reached me in time. I asked for a certain design and they sent me a few options/alterations which was great as I did decide to proceed with one of the options they sent me. the product is great quality & exactly what i was after and the service was just perfect! thanks again!read more
