I rang to purchase a gift box for 2 glasses. Excellent customer service on the phone, so friendly and helpful. They... allowed me to come and pick up. But, once I got there to pick the box up, they would only accept cash. The lady cracked it with me when I said I don’t have cash, I wanted to pay eftpos. She was completely rude and after much huffing and puffing, she gave me their bank details. If they had of told me I had to pay with cash, I would have made sure I had cash on me. Poor service on their behalf!!! I won’t purchase from here again. There was no need for the rudeness, just communicate with people properly, this whole situation could have been avoided.read more

the guys at Groovy Glass are amazing. I left a fathers day present to the last moment, i sent the inquiry late and... night and they sent through the design options first thing in the morning for approval and then called within the hour to process payment so they could send it to production straight away and then got it couriered out the following day so that it reached me in time. I asked for a certain design and they sent me a few options/alterations which was great as I did decide to proceed with one of the options they sent me. the product is great quality & exactly what i was after and the service was just perfect! thanks again!read more
